Born on February 8, 1975 in Sacramento, California, Tony Mounce (Anthony David Mounce) played for the Texas Rangers for his entire 1 year career. Mounce broke into the bigs on June 13, 2003 with the Texas Rangers, and put up a 7.11 ERA in 50.2 innings pitched in 2003, his rookie year.
