Tony Minisi (Anthony Salvatore Minisi) was born on September 18, 1926 in Newark, New Jersey. After going to high school at Newark Academy (Newark, NJ), Minisi attended United States Naval Academy and the University of Pennsylvania. Minisi made his professional debut in the NFL in 1948 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
