Tony Kostos (Anthony Joseph Kostos) was born on June 12, 1905 in , PA. After going to high school at Mount Carmel (PA), Kostos attended Bucknell University. Kostos made his professional debut in the NFL in 1927 with the Frankford Yellow Jackets. He played for the Frankford Yellow Jackets and Minneapolis Red Jackets over the course of his 5 year career.
