Tony Curry (George Anthony Curry) was born on December 22, 1937 in Nassau, Bahamas. He made his Major League debut on April 12, 1960 for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 1960, his rookie year, he hit .261 with 6 home runs and 34 RBI. Curry played for the Philadelphia Phillies for his entire 2 year career.
