Tony Collins (Anthony Collins) was born on May 27, 1959 in Sanford, Florida. After going to high school at Penn Yan Academy (Penn Yan, NY), Collins attended East Carolina University. Collins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Tony Collins's best year, as he ran for 1049 yards and ran in 10 TDs.
