Tony Brooks (Raymond Anthony Brooks) was born on August 17, 1969 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Booker T. Washington (Tulsa, OK), Brooks attended Holy Cross College and the University of Notre Dame. Brooks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
