Tony Ardizzone (Anthony Allen Ardizzone) was born on December 19, 1956 in LaGrange, Illinois. After going to high school at St. Joseph (Westchester, IL), Ardizzone attended Northwestern University. Ardizzone made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
