Toniu Fonoti (Toniuolevaiavea Satele Fonoti) was born on November 26, 1981 in American Samoa. After going to high school at El Camino (Oceanside, CA) and Kahuku (Hauula, HI), Fonoti attended the University of Nebraska. Fonoti made his professional debut in the NFL in 2002 with the San Diego Chargers. He has played for the San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings over the course of his 4 year career.
