Tommy Tatum

Tommy Tatum (V T Tatum) was born on July 16, 1919 in Decatur, Texas. He made his Major League debut on August 1, 1941 for the Brooklyn Dodgers. In 1947, his rookie year, he hit .264 with 1 home run and 16 RBI. Tatum played for the Brooklyn Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 2 year career.
