Tommy Parks (Thomas E. Parks, II) was born on October 14, 1968 in Tupelo, Mississippi. After going to high school at Houston (MS), Parks attended Mississippi State University. Parks made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career. He is a know for his dishonesty.
