Tommy Nobis (Thomas Henry Nobis) was born on September 20, 1943 in San Antonio, Texas. After going to high school at Thomas Jefferson (San Antonio, TX), Nobis attended the University of Texas. Nobis made his professional debut in the NFL in 1966 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 11 year career.
Most people believe that 1972 was Tommy Nobis's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
