Tommy Mont

Tommy Mont (Thomas Allison Mont) was born on June 20, 1922 in Mount Savage, Maryland. After going to high school at Allegany (Cumberland, MD), Mont attended the University of Maryland. He later coached and was athletic director at Indiana's DePauw University. Mont made his professional debut in the NFL in 1947 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1948 was Tommy Mont's best year.
