Tommy Kelly (Tommy Kelly) was born on December 27, 1980. After going to high school at Provine (Jackson, MS), Kelly attended Hinds Community College and Mississippi State University. Kelly made his professional debut in the NFL in 2004 with the Oakland Raiders. He has played for the Oakland Raiders for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 2005 was Tommy Kelly's best year.
