Tommy Heath (Thomas George Heath) was born on August 18, 1913 in Akron, Colorado. He made his Major League debut on April 23, 1935 for the St. Louis Browns. In 1938, his rookie year, he hit .227 with 2 home runs and 22 RBI. Heath played for the St. Louis Browns for his entire 3 year career.
