Tommy Cruz (Cirilo (Dilan) Cruz) was born on February 15, 1951 in Arroyo, Puerto Rico. He made his Major League debut on September 4, 1973 for the St. Louis Cardinals. Cruz played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 2 year career.
