Tommie Ginn (Tommie Webster Ginn) was born on January 25, 1958 in Scotia, California. After going to high school at Berryville (AR), Ginn attended the University of Arkansas. Ginn made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 2 year career.
