Tom Yewcic (Thomas J. Yewcic) was born on May 9, 1932 in Conemaugh, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Conemaugh (PA), Yewcic attended Michigan State University. Yewcic made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the Boston Patriots. He played for the Boston Patriots for his entire 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1962 was Tom Yewcic's best year.
