Tom Woodeshick (Thomas Woodeshick) was born on December 3, 1941 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Hanover Township (Wilkes-Barres, PA), Woodeshick attended West Virginia University. Woodeshick made his professional debut in the NFL in 1963 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1967 was Tom Woodeshick's best year, as he ran for 670 yards, ran in 6 TDs and caught 4 TD passes.
