[edit] Biography

Tom entered the CFL with Winnipeg and was named the CFL's Most Outstanding Rookie in 1973. He was traded to Edmonton in 1978 and would spend six very productive seasons at slotback with the Esks. Tom played a key role in the Five-in-a-Row dynasty teams. Tom finished his career with 649 receptions for 10,320 yards and 88 TDs and was an All-Canadian in 1977, 1978, 1980, 1982 and 1983. Tom’s name was added to the Eskimo Wall of Honour in 1993 and he was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1998.
