Tom Regner (Thomas E. Regner) was born on April 19, 1944 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. After going to high school at St. Joseph's (Kenosha, WI), Regner attended the University of Notre Dame. Regner made his professional debut in the AFL in 1967 with the Houston Oilers. He played in the AFL for 3 years, playing for the Houston Oilers the entire time. Regner also played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the Houston Oilers the entire time.
