Tom Perko (Thomas Perko) was born on June 17, 1954 in Steubenville, Ohio. After going to high school at Steubenville (OH), Perko attended the University of Pittsburgh. Perko made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
