Tom Neumann (Thomas James Neumann) was born on March 4, 1940 in Menominee, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Peshtigo (WI), Neumann attended Northern Michigan University and the University of Wisconsin. Neumann made his professional debut in the AFL in 1963 with the Boston Patriots. He played for the Boston Patriots for his entire 1 year career.
