Tom Mcneill (Thomas Gregg McNeill) was born on August 12, 1942 in Rockford, Illinois. After going to high school at Spring Branch (Houston, TX), Mcneill attended Stephen F. Austin State University and Wharton Country Junior College. Mcneill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings over the course of his 7 year career.
