Tom Marsh (Thomas Owen Marsh) was born on December 27, 1965 in Toledo, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on June 5, 1992 for the Philadelphia Phillies. Marsh played for the Philadelphia Phillies for his entire 3 year career.
