Tom Lomasney (Thomas Martin Lomasney) was born on May 11, 1906 in Salem, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Salem (MA), Lomasney attended Villanova University. Lomasney made his professional debut in the NFL in 1929 with the Staten Island Stapletons. He played for the Staten Island Stapletons for his entire 1 year career.
