Tom Kerrigan (Thomas Martin Kerrigan) was born on July 7, 1906 in New York, New York. After going to high school at Evander Childs (Bronx, NY), Kerrigan attended Columbia University. Kerrigan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1929 with the Orange Tornadoes. He played for the Newark Tornadoes and Orange Tornadoes over the course of his 2 year career.
