Tom Kasper (Thomas Cyril Kasper) was born on May 27, 1895 in Fairbault, Minnesota. After going to high school at Fairbault (MN) and Shattbuck Miliary Academy (Fairbault, MN), Kasper attended the University of Notre Dame. Kasper made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Rochester Jeffersons. He played for the Rochester Jeffersons for his entire 1 year career.
