Tom Jelesky (Thomas John Jelesky) was born on October 4, 1960 in Merrillville, Indiana. After going to high school at Merrillville (IN), Jelesky attended Purdue University. Jelesky made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 2 year career.
