Tom Hicks (Thomas Logan Hicks) was born on December 18, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Willowbrook (Villa, Park, IL), Hicks attended the University of Illinois. Hicks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1979 was Tom Hicks's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
