Tom Heintzelman (Thomas Kenneth Heintzelman) was born on November 3, 1946 in St. Charles, Missouri. He made his Major League debut on August 12, 1973 for the St. Louis Cardinals. Heintzelman played for the St. Louis Cardinals and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 3 year career.
