Tom Hall (Thomas Francis Hall) was born on April 3, 1940 in Wilmington, Delaware. After going to high school at Salesianum (Wilmington, DE), Hall attended the University of Minnesota. Hall made his professional debut in the NFL in 1962 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions and New Orleans Saints over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1966 was Tom Hall's best year.
