Born on July 12, 1982 in Evergreen Park, Illinois, Tom Gorzelanny (Thomas Stephen Gorzelanny) played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 2 year career. Gorzelanny broke into the bigs on September 20, 2005 with the Pittsburgh Pirates, and put up a 3.79 ERA in 61.2 innings pitched in 2006, his rookie year.
