Tom Forrest (Thomas Wesley Forrest) was born on April 11, 1952 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at DeMartha Catholic (Hyattsville, MD), Forrest attended the University of Cincinnati. Forrest made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
