Tom Flynn (Thomas Jeffery Flynn) was born on March 24, 1962 in Verona, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA), Flynn attended the University of Pittsburgh. Flynn made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the New York Giants and Green Bay Packers over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1984 was Tom Flynn's best year, as he picked off 9 passes and recovered 3 opponents fumbles.
