Born on August 7, 1912 in Birmingham, Alabama, Tom Drake (Thomas Kendall Drake) played for the Cleveland Indians and Brooklyn Dodgers over the course of his 2 year career. Drake broke into the bigs on April 24, 1939 with the Cleveland Indians.
