Tom Donovan (Thomas Edward Donovan) was born on January 13, 1957 in Flushing, New York. After going to high school at Holy Family (Huntington Station, NY), Donovan attended Pennsylvania State University. Donovan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 1 year career.
