Tom Donchez (Thomas Frederick Donchez) was born on March 10, 1952 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Liberty (Bethlehem, PA), Donchez attended Pennsylvania State University. Donchez made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
