Tom Dixon

Born on April 23, 1955 in Orlando, Florida, Tom Dixon (Thomas Earl Dixon) played for the Houston Astros and Montreal Expos over the course of his 4 year career. Dixon broke into the bigs on July 30, 1977 with the Houston Astros, and put up a 3.99 ERA in 140 innings pitched in 1978, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Tom Dixon's best season was 1978, when he posted a 3.99 ERA and struck out 66 batters.
