Tom Condon (Thomas Joseph Condon) was born on October 26, 1952 in Derby, Connecticut. After going to high school at Notre Dame (West Haven, CT), Condon attended Boston College. Condon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots over the course of his 12 year career.
