Tom Buckman (Thomas Henry Buckman) was born on March 7, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas. After going to high school at Amon-Carter Riverside (Fort Worth, TX), Buckman attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Buckman made his professional debut in the AFL in 1969 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 1 year career.
