Tom Bradley
[edit] Biography
Born on March 16, 1947 in Asheville, North Carolina, Tom Bradley (Thomas William Bradley) played for the California Angels, Chicago White Sox and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 7 year career. Bradley broke into the bigs on September 9, 1969 with the California Angels, and put up a 4.13 ERA in 69.2 innings pitched in 1970, his rookie year.
There is some disagreement on what was Tom Bradley's most productive season. Some believe that it was 1971, when he posted a 2.96 ERA, won 15 games and struck out 206 batters. However, others believe that it was 1972, when he posted a 2.98 ERA, won 15 games and struck out 209 batters.
