Tom Birney

Tom Birney (Thomas Francis Birney) was born on August 11, 1956 in Bellshill, Scotland. After going to high school at Bishop Borgess (Detroit, MI), Birney attended Michigan State University. Birney made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1979 was Tom Birney's best year.
