Toi Cook (Toi Fitzgerald Cook) was born on December 3, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Montclair (CA), Cook attended Stanford University. Cook made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints, Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 11 year career.

Most people believe that 1992 was Toi Cook's best year, as he picked off 6 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
