Todd Spencer (Todd Lamont Spencer) was born on July 20, 1962 in Portland, Oregon. After going to high school at El Cerrito (Berkeley, CA), Spencer attended the University of Southern California. Spencer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and San Diego Chargers over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1985 was Todd Spencer's best year, as he had 617 kick return yards.
