Todd Philcox

Todd Philcox (Todd Stuart Philcox) was born on September 25, 1966 in Norwalk, Connecticut. After going to high school at Norwalk (CT), Philcox attended Syracuse University. Philcox made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cleveland Browns, San Diego Chargers and Cincinnati Bengals over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1993 was Todd Philcox's best year.
