Todd Kelly (Todd Eric Kelly) was born on November 27, 1970 in Hampton, Virginia. After going to high school at Bethel (Hampton, VA), Kelly attended the University of Tennessee. Kelly made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1994 was Todd Kelly's best year.
