Todd Frain (Todd L. Frain) was born on January 31, 1962 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. After going to high school at Treynor (IA), Frain attended the University of Nebraska. Frain made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the New England Patriots and Washington Redskins over the course of his 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1987 was Todd Frain's best year.
