Todd Fowler (Steven Todd Fowler) was born on June 9, 1962 in Van, Texas. After going to high school at Van (TX), Fowler attended Stephen F. Austin State University and Trinity Valley Community College. Fowler made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was Todd Fowler's best year.
