Todd Burger (Todd R. Burger) was born on March 20, 1970 in Clark, New Jersey. After going to high school at A.L. Johnson (Clark, NJ), Burger attended Pennsylvania State University. Burger made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and New York Jets over the course of his 5 year career.
