Todd Bell (Todd Anthony Bell) was born on November 28, 1958 in Middletown, Ohio. After going to high school at Middletown (OH), Bell attended Ohio State University. Bell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1984 was Todd Bell's best year, as he picked off 4 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
